EJF began managing our condominium last summer and it was the best decision we could have made. Our tenant recently vacated the unit unexpectedly. EJF turned over the apartment rapidly, got the unit listed and had it reoccupied in less than a month. They were amazing. We have been very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the Ariel and the maintenance department and James and the rental department.

EJF do not care about their tenants and are incredibly slow to make repairs. I reported a leak in my ceiling 20 days ago and it has still not been repaired. EJF will promise to call or follow up and they never do - I have to contact them constantly to get updates on when I can expect repairs and often get directed to their after-hours line despite calling from 9-5 on weekdays.

This is the worst property management company I've dealt with in a sea of terrible property management companies. They give me a constant runaround as a tenant. Processes for getting help are constantly changing. Sometimes emails are answered. Sometimes not. Tons of pressing 1 for this that and 3 for that. This week, they replaced my front door locks with locks that can be unlocked from the outside. Their tech didn't even notice. I had to point it out. And they are currently "reviewing" whether to fix this situation.

We are very happy with the work of Tom Zorc, Patrick Reardon, and Ariel Castillo. It was a pleasure to work with them again on finding and purchasing a property, getting it ready and finally renting it to tenants.
