Ford is unprofessional, very hard to get in contact with, and lazy. We called Ford to cancel our motorcycle insurance in Mar 2017. In March of 2018 we found out that we were still paying for it. StateFarm overcharges for auto insurance. You would at least expect top of the line work. Not going to find it at this location.. The receptionist of his office should take over. It seems like she does most of the work.
After reading the other reviews (Here and on Facebook) it looks like most of his clients have had consistent bad experiences. I suggest you listen to your high paying customers and fix your issues before it's to late.

No customer service at all. Rude. Oh and he gets upset really quickly

So unprofessional  ford doesn't even know what he is doing he stole my money after I cancelled the policy  he took the money out my account and after I call him to get my money back he stole half of the amount and doesn't want to refund the rest,  worse costumer service this guy has no respect..
