Story

We strive to offer the best in personal training, meditation and yoga. We have a full schedule with a variety of classes, both infrared heated and non-heated for all levels. Our facility is brand new, beautiful, and waterfront with views of Tomoka State Park. I came to Platinum Health knowing nothing about working out. The personal trainers and fitness instructors were SO friendly and willing to help me learn at my own pace and level. I loved yoga with Dee and her classes fit perfectly into my schedule because I am a morning person. I like to get things done before work. I attended a meditation with Alexandrea and she truly is gifted at what she does. I left feeling rejuvenated like a new person. The atmosphere is so welcoming, clean, and beautiful. I love looking out on to the water during a yoga class. Membership plans are such great deals unlike most places that would cost you an arm and a leg. I truly wouldn't go anywhere else!

First, let me say that I never thought I would be interested in yoga. I always enjoyed martial arts and weight lifting. But yoga never really caught my attention. Then I started losing my flexibility from lifting heavy. It was finally time to give yoga a shot. Platinum was the third studio I tried. And you know the old adage about the third time... Well, it definitely rang true for me. My experience there has been completely different from the other studios I have visited. The staff is amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable and very welcoming. It's definitely all about your own practice. There are no yoga nazis. I have tried every class and I have never been disappointed. Platinum has completely changed my mind about yoga, changed my body, and changed my life for the better. I am so grateful.

A clean studio and friendly community. Many thoughtful details and unique approaches bring a special touch to this community. Alexandrea goes above and beyond to serve her community and take care of the people. The personalized care and detail is inspiring, and the respect people have for Alexandrea is obvious. Her devotion is obvious, and she remains the real power house behind Platinum.

Travis and Alexandria are true light workers. They care deeply about the health of the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. They value relationships with their clients. When you come to Platinum, you get more than just a teacher or a trainer; you get a friend, someone committed to helping you be your best self.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with this company. I've had an intuitive reading, taken a guided meditation class and a hot yoga class. The staff is wonderful, the facility practically sparkles because it's so clean, and the overall vibe is very welcoming and comfortable.
