There was no one to check me out and there were 4 employees wandering around - so frustrating !!

Called in the morning and asked if they had something I needed. They said yes and told me the price. When I got here it was double the price....train your people better!!!! It was a wasted trip because I didn't bring enough money!!

Answer the phone... With as many people as you have standing around you should be able to answer the phone. Especially since the store is dead.

On Sunday, March 12, 2017, I bought an anti-virus program ($39.99) for my computer at the Staple Store in Russellville. This program, Fit-It Utilities Professional, is a 360 day subscription once the key is activated. This program includes 5pc licenses, and states on the box “ THEFT PROTECTED THIS PRODUCT CANNOT BE USED UNTIL PURCHASED AND ACTIVATED AT REGISTER” Once I got home and attempted to download the program to my computer; I discovered that someone named Tom had downloaded this same licensed program to his computer. Instead of the 360 days subscription that was supposed to be, there was only 203 days left on the subscription. I was never able to successful download this program to my computer, every time I tried to run the program it started deleting itself. I returned the program, with the receipt, showing I had purchased this program less than 24 hours before. I spoke with one of the store managers and was informed that they could not refund my money. Instead he told me I would have to contact the company to get my money back. I told him I did not buy this program from the company, I bought it from STAPLES. He refused to help me and informed me that it was against Federal Law for him to except the return of any pc program. I have shopped at this Staples store for several years, but if this is the way they treat their customers, then I will find another store who appreciates my business.
