My family and myself had a very unforgettable experience here and not in a good way. My brother who had just lost 300 lbs was ridiculed and made fun of by a cashier named Chance. When confronted about his behavior he was extremely rude and said so what. I called and spoke to the GM who told me he would look into the matter and call me the next day. Still haven't heard anything from him and that was a month ago. I will be contacting corporate and letting everyone know about the type of employees that are there. Shame on them!!

Flying J. Was great when they first came out. This place is dirty and poor service. I don't blame Clinton for leaving Arkansas.

They get one star because it's the lowest i can give. The parking lot is cleaner than the store. Plenty of parking and a clean lot including the trash disposal area. After going inside I can honestly say it's the first time i wanted to go outside to get what was on the store floor off of my shoes. The floors look like they were last cleaned during the grand opening which matched the counters in the food area. The bathroom toilets are overflowing at time of visit and that is standing toilet water in the men's stall. The attendant just left the drivers restroom with no effort to clean. With dirty restaurant floors not a chance of going inside. Restaurant bathroom is actually worse. Bottom line I wouldn't even purchase a drink for fear of getting sick or catching something. Seriously! I need to find another truck stop to shower because I really feel dirty now and this place made my skin crawl. Flying J should be ashamed to be associated with this place. Anyone that eats here is braver or dumber than anyone I've ever met. Visit at your own risk.

Great staff, very friendly and clean! They also have an AMAZING Verizon Wireless store inside. Awesome customer experience. Keep up the good work Pilot/Flying J!

I gave this dump one star because that's the lowest you can go. I walk in the restrooms are filthy. I go do laundry and the credit card machine is down I go to the service desk have to wait in line because three people are behind the counter and one person is waiting on customers. I finally get my turn the manager(the cashier) tells me go use the ATM. The ATM charges $3.95 to get $20 out. I go get coffee Creamer is out, the machine is filthy. I complai about that and the manager Keith Putnam acts like he don't give a crap!!!this is what happens when a company gets too big. The don't give a crap!!!! Unfortunately they are the only truck stop in the area unless you want to go to the pilot down the street. They monopolize the area. I am tired of the screw you attitude from the employees all the way up to the corporate level.
