Belk has the best clearance and I love that I can grab a hundred things and try them on without someone counting everything.  I can buy what I want and place the rest on a rack and noone minds putting it away.  I love that they carry the make up brands I use and have periodic free gifts with purchase.  The Belk on Wendover has a great shoe selection as well as clothing.

Was being helped by an employee and as another customer walked up and said she just needed to return something, the employee stopped what she was helping me with and walked off with the other lady. Said nothing to me. Even after she had been working with me for five minutes and had searched information in her computer to order items for me. She never asked for my contact information to let me know when the items would arrive. I just left. Not happy.

This store is very understaffed. Couldn't find anyone to take my purchase much less ask for help.  Ladies dressing rooms closed off. Full of store equipment. No sign to say that they were closed. Finally found a dressing room. All dirty. Floors look like they hadn't been swept or cleaned in a week. I love Belks but I shop more and more on line because of a situation like this. It is a shame. This store is very new and should look better. With so many department stores closing this Belks needs to be more on the ball. They have great sales and quality merchandise, but very poor customer service.

The sales are super! I got 4 blouses and a pair of slacks for $104. Good quality too.

I enjoy shopping at Belk.  I didn't find anything I couldn't live without ( which is my criteria for non-essentials) so left empty-handed. But, they had some good deals and clearance items...maybe next trip I will find something!
