I have been shopping in this store since they were in their old location and am thrilled that they moved onto the downtown mall. Every time that I go into their store I always find the perfect piece and the service is always stellar. The entire staff has always been pleasant and helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure that my shopping experience is top notch. Last time I visited the store their Downtown mall location was sold out of my size and the owner offered to have the correct size shipped from their Lynchburg store. As a result, I ended up buying a pair of Frye boots that I love and wear almost every day! If you are looking for a pleasant shopping experience where the staff is always attentive, knowledgeable but most of all friendly, be sure to visit Bittersweet.
