Hidden gem in Shreveport! My husband and I love trying local restaurants wherever we land as military. Belle Fresca was hands down the best meal, margaritas, atmosphere, and service we have experienced in Louisiana! I had filet mignon, cooked perfectly the first time. My husband had the Cajun Alfredo with shrimp, hand made noodles & homemade sauce. But by far the highlight for me was the ravioli appetizer… divine! Both pasta dishes were actually better than authentic Italian restaurants in New Jersey. Our waitress, Benn had fine dining service skills and was super friendly, and a well dressed gentleman attending the dining room, slipped over and discreetly filled water glasses every time they were within an inch of the bottom. The only critique we could give is that the faded sign in front and bland looking building doesn’t do justice to the quality and overall class of the establishment.
Presentation excellent! Smoked Salmon dish was missing the capers but still good Crawfish ravioli sauce is to die for-perfect in every way just needed to be served hot only three ravioli? Server was accommodating and friendly. Atmosphere was excellent!
Staff was amazing!!! Gave us space, but was attentive. Portions a little small imo but I have a hearty appetite so no fault on them. Everything was delicious and cooked properly. The bread was yummy with softened butter. Thai fried calamari was tender. The crayfish ravioli was packed. The steak and frites was cook to asked doneness. Overall will try to plan to be back.
My favorite gourmet restaurant in the city of Shreveport! Amazing cuisine made from scratch that is consistently incredible everytime every visit, without fail. Love this place!
Given this a couple tries and the oldest male waiter is just incredibly rude and arrogant, we waited forever for food even when it was almost empty, the fish is always over cooked and the prices are just way too high for what it is. The only thing redeeming about it is their one female waitress and their caprese salad. There are better places in this area.
We just left from there with very satisfied bellies! We went there for our anniversary and the food and service didn't disappoint!! I called ahead for a table and told him we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and as soon as we walked in they said "happy anniversary"! Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable about the wine, which my husband was impressed by. I ordered the homemade fettuccine and my husband ordered the scallops and pork belly and we loved every bit of it! We will be back!
Well, the waitstaff and the owner need to get their stuff together. Zoran told me we could get a burger and fries up to 4 pm. Got there at 3 and waiter said nope, no can order burger this late in day. Zoran told me they always keep a nice steak on hand. I prefer a NY Strip or a Ribeye during the day. Z said just ask. Did and the waiter said no, only on specia;l occations.
Great options with eclectic dynamic flavors. My salmon was great! Amazing mix creamy tomato flavors contrasted slightly with picked cabbage, I'd never considered before. My wife's scallops were amazing. Friendly family based service that strives to please.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience here. We are new to the area and will be returning often! I had the scallops while she had the shrimp & grits. Both were phenomenal! This is the type of restaurant we need more of. It's small, family owned establishment with an attention to detail.
