One of my local favorite places to visit. Food always good. A bit busier than usual. Food well seasoned. If you follow me then you notice my review in Newport News. That restaurant need help. They should take the staff from here there and let them cook. The lady in blue shirt always here giving a 100%. Waiter was Taylor. He was hustling as well due to large area he had to cover. Food came out fairly quickly. BONUS:THEY DO MILITARY DISCOUNT. Only complaint was fat on steak. I don't like that much fat on my steak. But overall good experience. Pictures for reference.

Very good dining experience, food was delicious and our waitress was great, very personable, friendly and humorous. Ordered shrimp scampi on a bed of angel hair pasta for an appetizer. For the main meal,  it was grilled pork shops, fettuccine alfredo and garlic mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked correctly and tasted wonderful. Pork chops were nice sized and sides were of good portion. I felt it was worth the amount paid. Dining area was nice and clean.  Low light for a nice dining experience.  I will return next chance I get. I would recommend this location to anyone. 5*  Features: Wear a mask if you want to, if you don&#39;t want to, don&#39;t.  Simple

Joel was the absolute best. Quick service on top of a full house. Truly enjoyed every aspect of our meal. He really took his time to make sure we were happy. It felt like we were the only ones in a crowded restaurant. Thanks again for a great evening.

Very accommodating. After making plans for a party of 12, for a birthday party dinner at the establishment next door. We were informed only upon our arrival that they could not seat us all together nor  could we bring a birthday cake in from outside. I get it, but we had called the day before and announced our intent. Quick call to Carrabba’s Italian Grill and they were happy to cater to our needs. Not only was the service out of this world, the food was great too. Hats off to all the staff. Terrific!

This was a great place. I ended up getting a very important phone call as we were seated, but Camryn our waiter was very cordial, attentive, and patient. The food was excellent and we ordered cheesecake for dessert. Great place, nice atmosphere, and awesome staff!

Never ate here or had a desire to try. Upon arriving & entering, the establishment was clean & neat. A hostess met us at a hostess stand & showed us to our seats. We were greeted by our waitress, Melissa, fairly quickly. She kindly asked for our drinks while giving us ample time to review the menu. She answered our questions while offering entrée suggestions. Brought us bread with oil & herbs to get us started. Our food came out in order of appetizers, salad, & main dish some places bring everything out at once. Everything was delicious, my wife enjoyed her salmon covered in scallops. I had a ceaser salad as a side with main dish served with sautéed broccoli & grilled shrimp that was lightly breaded. The sauce that came drizzled on top of my shrimp was zesty while the crumbs provided a nice texture as the grilled shrimp was cooked perfect. I ordered a John Cole, scoops of vanilla ice ream with roasted cinnamon rum pecans & caramel drizzle, delicious but my spoon was bigger than the portions of ice cream. Overall, this was a excellent experience from our waitress, Melissa, to our last bite of dinner.

We eat at Carrabba’s often, in many different locations due to travel and this is the worst Carrabba’s so far. The restaurant was not even at half capacity on a Friday night so that should tell you something, and it still took an hour to get server. The salad was awful— the dressing nothing but oil. Server had an attitude when asked for other salad dressing, or to remove plates from the table., etc. This Carrabba’s is just horrible, we will never be back Recommend you stay away. Even the manager admitted the food was not up to Carrabba’s standards see attached photo of chicken parmigiana — does this look like a $20 dish?.

*BLOWN AWAY*  Full disclosure: The food was great as it usually is, and we love Carrabba’s. Sometimes we travel two hours just to eat at the nearest one usually in Dallas. But today we went to the Shreveport location with my family to celebrate my 5 year victory over Cancer  That’s where the extraordinary of this location comes into play:  It came up in conversation as to why we were there, and as we were finishing up & preparing for the bill, the wait staff came out with multiple complimentary desserts and a home made Congratulations card signed by all the servers.  I’ve never experienced something so awesome at a restaurant. I was speechless, and nearly brought to tears over this simple, but incredibly kind gesture!! It says so much about their culture, and we are fans for life! Go visit this location! They are amazing!

Of all the places in Shreveport/Bossier, I chose Carrabba's for my birthday dinner on Monday.  It was the most horrible experience.  We sat in a booth in the bar.  It took forever for someone to even come to our table.  The waiter was callous and rude.  He acted like we were bothering him to ask him for anything.  My husband spilled his beer.  I looked over to the hostess stand where a male and female were standing and saw this happen and said "please help".  Neither one of them came over to help.  Our waiter was visibly irritated when he came over and cleaned it up.  I wanted to leave strictly due to the service or lack thereof.  Not one person was polite or kind or interested in us being in this restaurant.   We stayed anyway to eat.  My medium steak came out to the table almost rare.  Broccoli was not seasoned well.  My cocktail was horrible.  It was the worst dining experience I've had in a very long time.  We are very easy going and easy to please, so it had to be completely horrible for me to write a negative review.  It ruined my birthday dinner. Very sorry I chose Carrabba's.

This was my first time eating at Carabba’s Italian Grill, again not got my significant other. We started off with the bread and olive bread. I requested butter. The bread was good. He drank a sweet tea and I had a blackberry  lemonade because they were out of raspberry. The appetizers we started off with were zucchini fritte and tomato caprese with fresh burrata. The zucchini was so good I could eat it all day. The tomato caprese with fresh burrata was also very delicious. My significant other had the chicken Marsala with a house salad. He said both were excellent. I had the 10oz Tuscan grilled sirloin with grilled asparagus and a side of penne pomodoro. The penne was okay. The steak and asparagus were pretty good. The dessert we shared was a cannoli cake for 2 but they ran out of cannolis.  It was really good. Taylor was our server and he was excellent, he was very prompt with our requests! He swiftly removed empty plates and always gave us refills before we even noticed we needed them. The restaurant was quite and gave off a very romantic feeling. I would defiantly come back here.
