Service is always very friendly here! On our last visit, our cat came with us for a ride and the lady offered him a snack.  Love the Italian ice here! I always order the Gelati and it's amazing! The smallest size is good enough for me because it's very sweet. My favorite flavor is Cherry+ Lemonade. I've also tried mango and Strawberry+ Lemon.

Must say it very delicious!!! The customer was very poor.  4 starts just because it that good.

Was going to give only 3 stars because lobby is STILL closed so only drive-thru available - and VERY inconvenient as soon as there are three cars. Also, if you are doing drive-thru only, have a menu displayed AT the window - but they don't! It is further back.  However! We ordered a chocolate gelato - smooth, silky and richly chocolate, a strawberry Italian ice - also smooth and slightly tart, and a sour green apple shaved ice, which is perfectly sour - and they were all three ready in less than two minutes! Military discount is also offered. I spilled some ice and the sweet attendant quickly noticed and offered napkins.

This place is a classic. There are only two places in all of Shreveport I think of when I want quality ice cream and this here is one of them. Generous portions at good prices with delicious quality. You can even use the drive thru and avoid having to get out in the heat to walk inside. The only downsides are the property is very small so when they're busy you've got two options, park and go inside, or wait on the street to pull in. Definitely worth it! They don't always have it but my personal favorite was the cheesecake vanilla soft serve, yum!

My wife and daughter had the frozen custard twist. I was lucky enough to score a bite & it was delicious. Super creamy with great flavor. Meanwhile, I had the mango    strawberry  gelato and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Every time I go it’s always excellent Customer service the team is always cheerful and greet you with a smile. I appreciate the timely fashion in which they get the Italian ice out to you good and delicious

I freaking LOVE this place! I have my favorite employees who remember me and my daughter and know what we like. There are so many options between the Italian Ice and the frozen Custard with the various mixes and toppings that you cannot go wrong. I was hating when they were shut down for a while due to damage to their building from a drunk driver. Appreciate them even more! Awesome run small business, awesome college employees, awesome flavors I’d the smoothest Italian ice and custard ever. Shreveport/Bossier is so blessed to have this business! Let’s make sure we let them know!

I loved this place. I came here in May for the first time and it was wonderful!

Great Italian ice, frozen custard, and treat offerings. Something for everyone. The staff are kind and professional and the treats are wonderful. Stop by, if there's a line--it is worth the wait.

No small size milkshakes !!!!! Got a large - then I got a small cup for $5 and change !! You need to check your sizes cups !! Way too sweet to enjoy :
