I wanted to give this hotel a zero star ranking just because the management of this hotel is very very irresponsible and unprofessional. Moreover the behavior of the receptionist is horrible. They have written on the wall that they can deny service at their own will which is okay bur they don't know how to behave with the customers. I booked my reservation for 9 nights but had to come out after 2 nights only and every day needed to carry my luggage to the reception as they were unable to provide me a room for 9 nights. When I questioned that, I was told by the receptionist to go out and search rooms elsewhere. They need cultural grooming before being given hotel and hospitality jobs. very poor hotel and will suggest no one to come here. it was an utterly disgusting experience.

This place is a one time deal, never coming back. Just entering the parking lot made me feel uncomfortable. The room was something you'd see in a horror movie. The bathroom was disgusting. Somehow I fell asleep in the uncomfortable bed. I was that tired I guess. The tv had an assortment of channels but very grainy picture. The staff was prettty nice though. I was in and out in 12 hours. Maybe good for a overnight situation but that's it.

This place was actually pretty nice. My significant other and I stayed here for a week and we didn't really have a problem with things. The room was good. Nothing high class or anything but still good. Housekeeping was super nice and always changed our sheets and towels everyday. The only downfall of this was that our fridge didn't work and I called the front desk to ask if it could be fixed and they said they would have someone come and look at it to fix it because it does work. Well I'm not sure if someone looked at it or not but the fridge still didn't work. No big deal though.

Poor quality absolute last resort type MOTEL. When we arrived we felt like we were catfished. There were a handful of strange men roaming about the parking lot - that was the first sign that something was off about the place. The second was the office experience. While the staff was very nice, it's odd to walk in on a hotel receptionist barefoot and chowing down on dinner. The room was smelly and seriously had the eerie feeling of a recent crime scene. The lights didn't work so we used a lamp and then the bathroom light proceeded to randomly turn off an on. Possibly the ghost of whoever died in that place. It felt so creepy that we forfeited our refund and left within 10 minutes of checking in.

It's nice but what I really like is the pool and spa it doesn't have a lot of chlorine witch is great.
