Great amenities mattresses a little hard and pillow over stuffed. First 2 nights nice and quiet which is what you expect when staying in a hotel. Last night, the hotel was taken over by kids running up and down the halls. Playing in the elevators knocking on everyone's doors while their parents and chaperones sat in the bar until closing drinking, not caring what their kids did. Hotel staff tells us if WE can catch the bring them to them. If we can catch them? They did send their security guard to try and find them, but they weren't to concerned. We eventually left to get away from it. If booking this hotel make sure there are no large groups of kids staying there because they will let them just run around annoying other patrons.

Perfect silicon valley hotel, I really cannot find a bad word for it. Outstanding service, clean and quiet, great food and bar, friendly and helpful staff. The square bar is great for meeting people if you're traveling alone as many are for work. Comfortable large beds, nicely designed rooms, good pool. Excellent for San Jose airport and easy travel to Sunnyvale, Mountain View, or Palo Alto as Highway 101 junction is just round the corner. 10 minute walk to wholefoods if you want to stock up the fridge. Hotel shuttle service will get you to downtown or local stations of traveling further. My 'go to' hotel in the valley now when I'm traveling for work, greatly look forward to my return.

The easiest check in ever and great customer service. The place is very nicely done and though the suite was small/med, it was arranged very well. Free breakfast daily and a complimentary adult beverage nightly. Computers and printers available free of charge, nice sized pool, ample parking and close to the freeway and near the stadium. I visited the amazing Mountain Winery for a concert and this is where I stayed. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Love this hotel, the rooms, and the property. Unfortunately there was what seemed like a thousand children running all over the place when we were there. The pool, the restaurant, the elevators were all a negative experience with children butting in line and having an overall disrespect for everyone else around them. At breakfast they heaped there plates with they wouldn't be able to eat. The pool was so full of kids running and splashing about it seemed there was no parents around, but they were. The hot tub was even overflowing with kids and the water was full of foam (staff drained and refilled but they were waiting again the next morning). It was sad as we really wanted to enjoy the pool area... The breakfast that's included in this hotel is fantastic! The elevators are fast and smooth, rooms are clean, hallways clean, it is a great hotel overall and it would get 5 stars if we didn't have the "Children of the Corn" experience LOL. If you're lucky enough to stay here without kids, you'll love it I'm sure.

I have stayed here many times over the years. The hotel has always been great for family trips. This last trip in June was a little different. Don't get me wrong the hotel is very clean and well kept, its just not the family place it once was. They have tried to over fancy things. From the pool you used to be able to walk into the bar and get your "free" drink, they have changed the "dress code" in the bar and you can no longer do that. They have outdoor movies in the evening, but the bar crowd tends to move outside and they are all too loud to hear the movie. Its leaned more toward business travelers than family like it used to be.
