I went here a few times for a few different services. The woman started waxing my eyebrows before I even told her what I wanted, then made them super thin. She complained about my eyebrows color and randomly messed with my hair style for no reason. While waxing my moms eyebrows she rudely commented that she needs to wax her mustache and pressured her into an unwanted mustache waxing. While getting a manicure (I wanted a regular nail polish manicure) she misunderstood me, thinking I wanted fake acrylics, so she cut my nails all the way down to my nail beds and then told me it was my fault she misunderstood. When I picked my nail polish color she told me she refused to do that color because it would take more coats to make it opaque (it was her own nail polish) and then chose a color for me and added sparkles to my nails. She complains the entire time and yells to her husband in a foreign language. When I asked her why she likes her job she told me she said she doesnt like her job at all. So not only is she rude, opinionated, disrespectful, and overpriced, but also hates her own job.

I've been getting my solar nails done there for years.  My nails never lift.  You can get simple nail art.  But if you want very detailed nail art this is not the place for you.  Massage chairs while you get your pedis.  Chairs are brand new.  Cash or checks ONLY.

I was visiting Newport and needed a pedi.. I’m appalled this woman is in business. The scrub, etc on my feet was very inadequate and worse than that the owner informed me I had an “ingrown toenail”. I told her I’ve never had one as she proceeded to stick an instrument down the side of my toenail which was horribly painful.. she then cut my nails so short I am three months later just getting them to grow out enough to get repaired. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a business. She literally hurt my foot so badly it brought me to tears.. and I was not allowed to use my credit card so had to go get cash at the grocery store next door..... DONT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Not planning on returning here. I came in for a pedicure. As I was picking a polish color the gentleman informed me gel polish was $15 extra. That seemed a little steep and not comparable to any other pedicure price I have paid at a low end, walk in salon, but ok... I was willing to pay. 
When I sat down and he saw I already had gel polish on, he said he would charge $5 more to remove it. $15 to put it on and $5 to take it off??? I let him know that I was not willing to pay $20 more and that it seemed overpriced. He then told me never mind and started the pedicure.
He moved at a snail's pace and stopped 3 times to complain to me that he had to spend so much time removing my polish. It was turning into a very uncomfortable experience, but I tried to ignore his rudeness and relax.
45 minutes later he "scrubbed" my feet literally for about 4 seconds. Then he briefly rubbed lotion on my legs in what was apparently an attempt at a massage, but without even enough pressure to rub the lotion in completely. At this point I was very annoyed because he hadn't cleaned up my nails or cuticles at all, only trimmed my nails and aggressively ran a buffer across them once. I was definitely feeling like I did not get what I paid for.
Then he abruptly left and his wife took over. She meticulously cleaned and moisturized my nails and cuticles for 20 minutes. Then polished my feet while making pleasant conversation with me. She saved the day and I was compelled to leave a tip after making up my mind earlier that I was not going to tip her husband.
I still will not be returning because of his rude demeanor and lack of basic skills. I went in to be pampered and instead felt angry and uncomfortable. Not something I want to experience again.

I went in to see if I could schedule an appointment to get my nails done for my wedding. the lady there instantly started screaming at me and when I was trying to tell them my schedule. the lady was like, do you want this time or not?!! I was standing there trying to get a time figured out that would work out and she told me to just go away. I was walking out of the salon and she started laughing at me and said BYE don't come back! the lady is an awful human being who should never talk to customers or even humans the way she does. I hope this business fails.
