We paid Belle Tire to "valet" our winter tires. After 5 days of having correspondence with them about installing our tires, and after having told us several times that they were "on the truck from the warehouse," they finally admitted that they lost them. They they told me that they wanted to search for them, so I said no problem. They told me to pick my car up. I called to confirm it was OK to pick my car up, and they told me they lost my keys. I drove up there, and they finally found my keys. While walking out to my car, I learned that it was parked in. We went back into Belle Tire and they treated us terribly when we asked them to move the car that was parking us in. They finally sent someone out to the lot and, while we were waiting for them to move the car, a Belle Tire employee tried to move another car into the bay, which was also parked in, and side swiped a car in the lot. After a period of about an hour, they finally moved the car and I was allowed to leave. We then gave them several days to find my tires. They didn't. After 4 more days, we told them that they needed to order new tires. They said they would. We told them that we would be in on Friday to have the new tires installed. When Friday rolled around, we were told that they had not yet ordered the tires. We asked for a full refund, and they said that they "would take our request into consideration." We then asked to speak to the manager, and the manager was a total jerk and snipped at my wife because we were asking them to replace the tires. He claimed that he didn't know the amount to reimburse us because he didn't know the amount of wear on the tires. Obviously there was almost no wear because we purchased them from Belle the year before and they had been used for less than three months. After arguing with him, and after dealing with his complete belligerence, he agreed to refund the cost. This place is absolutely horrible. Stay away.

I pulled into this location of Belle Tire the afternoon of the Friday before Christmas.  I had 2 flat tires, and was not really looking forward to being there.  When I was called to the counter, I was treated kindly and with respect, and they told me that they would get me in, which was very nice because I was afraid that they would have no time.  

While I was waiting, I watched one of the guys working there named Ryan deal with a super obnoxious family who were complaining about everything they could come up with, and stomping around the place like monsters destroying Tokyo.  He was knowledgeable and extremely patient with the family, and I was really impressed with how he handled it.

It took a bit of time for my tires to be taken care of, but when it was done they told me the problem and told me it would be no charge.  I had a very good experience here, and would recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely Amazing service! I came into Belle Tire with a flat tire, and needed to be on the road by 3pm for Thanksgiving. The team squeezed me in amidst a packed schedule (it’s snow tire season). When I went to the counter to pay, I was greeted with “Happy Holidays, This one’s on us.” Great team. Great Service. I will be back.

They do good work and pricing is good.  They were a little slow today and it did not appear to be that busy.  Took me 1.5 hours to put on snowtires.  It would have been another 45 to an hour if I let them do the front end alignment.  That would be possibly 2.5 hours to put on tires?

Have used Belle Tire for years.  They are always busy but the workers are great and always try to get you taken care of.  The only thing that hasn't been great was that I bought a lifetime plan for having my snow tires put on and taken off for free each season and after a few years the corporate bureaucrats did away with it.  Guess it wasn't lifetime after all.  Doesn't seem right to sell something as lifetime and then do away with it when you no longer want to honor it.  I don't blame the local guys, they're just doing what they're told by higher ups.
