I never thought saying "goodbye" to a car would be so bittersweet. Our Pontiac Vibe was by far a huge blessing for our family - after 3 years and lots of miles on it, being chewed on by the dogs - road trips - a snowbank and many memories...it was time to trade it in for a safer, more reliable ride. Thanks to Kristi & Nate at Williams - most of all for your kind hearts and amazing customer service we were able to get into a 2006 Ford Explorer with low miles and in beautiful condition, here is to a new chapter filled with contentment and wonderful memories! We cannot thank you enough

Best used car buying experience I’ve ever had! If you are in the market for a used car in Traverse City area, do yourself a favor and call Stefanie Uithol at Williams. She is great to work with...very knowledgeable, low pressure, very high attention to detail. I ended up buying a used Ford Escape over the New Years holiday and was very happy with the entire process.  

We were so impressed with Stefanie and Williams...2 weeks later we went back and my girlfriend, who was also in the market for a vehicle, bought a vehicle from Stefanie.

Andrew J. Morneau and Shannon Hancock have gone above and beyond in their customer service. I had a few issues with a truck I bought from the dealership they work at, but these two really tried ( and succeeded) to make things right. Also a service person named George was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend these 3 people as outstanding in their level of service.

My experience at williams was excellent. The agent, Stephanie, was great. She was very helpful in all areas. When I was experiencing some minor issues with my vehicle  she was very prompt in getting them resolved. Thanks again for all your help!
