Terrible geek squad center. Called them to start a claim and I waited on hold for 15 minutes, someone answers and says "thanks for calling best buy Geek squad please hold" and puts the line back on hold for another 20 minutes without letting me even reply. I finally just hung up. Yeah and you want me trust you with my computer?? Added two stars because the store experience has been better in person. Won't use Geek Squad to this day.

Good Deals during thanksgiving. Their Staff is helpful, this store has keeps good stock of the products best buy sells. Online order pickup is also convenient.

We were help by a very nice sales associate named Blake. We were looking for some very specific electronic specifications. Blake knew the products that they carry and immediately recommended the correct product for our needs. Thank You Blake and Best Buy! We will be back!

Went in to buy the new Samsung 9+. They were out of them. The sales person Kristi called the local Verizon store, then went and picked one up, while we waited. Great service! Thanks again!!

Great place. Well organized and the staff is friendly and available. Store is very clean. Prices are normal given the merchandise and there's a wide selection.
