My first experience was very pleasant the receptionist was very friendly but she also informed me that she was on loan from another office...the staff in back was very professional and very kind and so was NP. Desirae Welby. I was seen in the office on the 05/04/17 and sent over to the hospital for xrays and was told i should hear  something by end of business that day well i didn't expect to hear back that soon I waited till late afternoon on 05/05/17 and called the office and was told then that the Dr was in surgery NP Welby was out of the office so again i would have to wait...but the receptionist did tell me that they had the results...this was friday so i knew i wouldn't hear anything till Monday..well i was wrong because i didn't hear anything till Tuesday and i had to call then too and was initially lied to because the receptionist that answered the phone told me that the NP was out of the office on thurs and fri and i informed her that i seen her thurs so she couldn't hve been out of the office...so again i was told i would have to wait on someone to call me back...well i asked to speak with the office manager and I was sent to her voice mail...A hour later i was called back and told that all my info was going to be sent to slu that was on the 05/09 as of today 05/18/17 slu still does not have my records..when i called the office told the first person i spoke Mary Ann was very polite but the second person i spoke to was rude she told me she faxed the info over about 6 times and when i told her no the no# you were faxing to was my home no# she then informs me that i gave them that no#....why would give my home no# to them so they can fax over my records to slu...the red flag for someone should have been when the fax no# started with 618 instead of 314 ...there is much more but i will end here...i will say this....I didn't see the Dr but NP was  very nice and the staff in back was nice but sadly the front office needs to get their ACT together
