I enjoy going into Bend Pet Express East Side. Of course my favorite is Pet Wash. All the products at Bend Pet Express are top shelf and I feel comfortable purchasing those products cuz I feel my dog is getting quality. I feel comfortable asking questions to the staff because they do listen and go the extra mile to answer my questions and if they can't answer my question they will confer with other staff members

Been using their pet wash for 12 years or so but the customer service in the pet wash has been awful for at least 6 months or more now. But the rest of the store has great customer service. Buy most of my dogs food there. Since I can't give two separate ratings I am giving 1 star rating because of the pet wash.

Fantastic locally-owned dog store. They have a great selection of pet food, treats, and more. They also do a great job at offering only natural, healthy food for your pets.
