Customer service was great!  It was our first time visiting this store and they snuck a thank you note for visiting into our bag. Our dogs loved the treats we got for them and our smallest dog loved his new coat.

Customer service:
I was helped by a lovely woman named Stacey, she was very knowledgeable and personable. You can tell she loves her animals as much as i love mine and i feel like she loves mine too! I could swap kitty stories with her all day:) She understands that cats can be picky, and sent me home with some samples for my little one to try. 

Products:
I love their products; they are high quality and the prices are fair. I particularly like their canned organic pumpkin, as it helps my cat to digest fiber, and I haven't dealt with a hairball since! Not to mention how much my cat likes it.

Went in on the soft opening day.. they were just closing up but waved us on in anyway! Great products & choices, and super helpful staff! Paid $110 for a cat tower that we had just seen at Petco a couple days ago for $150. Glad they're in town!!!

They seem like nice people and have a great selection of healthy food and treats. Not over priced for a boutique feeling store. Awesome deal on their bulk treats, they even have grain free bulk treats!
