Used the groomer here and was pretty satisfied. It's hard to explain that I want a semi Schnauzer cut without my dog looking 'angry' as they do with the traditional cut but they did great.

I was here on monday July 24th with my wife for some fish supplies. We quickly encountered a super rude, impolite, insincere and unpleasant white, fat, female-saleswoman in the fish department who acted like helping us with a few fishes was too much burden. Who knows, maybe her gauged ears were too tight. Worst customer service I've experienced at this pet smart. The young Latina with the mole on her head was equally condescending and obnoxious. I don't need to be lectured by a teenager less than half my age who knows less than half about what I'm purchasing. In the end it was the most unhappy purchase of 100$ of fish and supplies I've ever had. Someone needs tho teach these obnoxious young girls a lesson about customer service. They clearly don't want to be there and their fed up b!itchy attitude makes shopping super unpleasent. She ended up getting our fishes with too small of a net and they were out of the water longer than they needed to be. Better to not ask for help. The other 1 star reviewers are not lying. These people suck! At least the native American woman cashier was marginally nice and helpful. I won't be back anytime soon.
