DON'T SHOP HERE. They don't care for thier animals. They left a ferret alone for 3 weeks. No socializing and when i asked why hes still alone they said "the others got sold" and that it would be another week for new ferrets. Have you ever seen an associate socialize with an animal? No because it's frowned upon. This company is garbage. Get your food literally anywhere else. Petco isn't special

I used to take my dogs to the Eugene petco for years and never once had an issue. As soon as I started taking them here, it has been a disaster. I’ve tried to stick it out because I like petco, but I am done. They never answer the phone when I call, sometimes I have called 3 times in one day with no answer and no way to leave a message. They are unprofessional and make a big deal out of every little thing. One of my dogs sometimes tries to bite at the razor. In Eugene, they had no issue dealing with it. Here it is like a huge catastrophe and they can’t handle it. I will never shop or get my dogs groomed here again. Absolutely horrible.

After making 4 phone calls to this shops grooming department on March 30th , 2018 I finally was able to get someone to call me back to schedule my dog for a bath and grooming. Appointment was made for the following April 5th and was told I could drop her off a little early if I wanted. When I arrived at the store today the woman behind the counter was unaware of my appointment and said it may be the other woman that worked there who I talked to and said she would be right back. The woman came in and also stated she didn't know about my appointment . The first woman suggested she call the Redmond store thinking that's where I made appointment. I live approximately 4 blocks away from this shop so I would not call Redmond. I even pulled out my cell phone and showed them in my call history my calls to their store. The first woman basically argued with me as if I was making the whole thing up. I decided at that point to leave/ This is not the first time my dog had been there but it is the last. I don't shop there since everything they sell is made in China, so I just used the grooming service in the past. But never again. Every time before it was a headache getting a hold of grooming department. I've had enough.

I have spent most of my life being skeeved out by Petco's. Maybe east coast Petco's are especially gross? But this one seems to be pretty darn awesome. Have been a regular customer for almost a year now. I can usually find pretty good deals on dog and cat food, the employees are always super friendly to me. Their frozen rats are expensive, but that's really my only complaint. This seems to be a really nicely run store.

They had some great deals on items but the service was lacking. I waited for 10 minutes before someone would come up to the counter to check me out. Other than that nice clean place.
