Forest Grant arrived on time and was very professional. He accessed our problems and gave my husband and myself recommendations as to what is best for fixing our problems. He gave us very detailed info about what he was going to do and went about it in a very timely manner. The install went very smoothly for the hot water heater and our home water softener system. We are very pleased with his service and I hope the rest of your Service Pro's have the same professional manner as Mr. Grant. I will recommend your company and specifically Me. Grant in the future.

Billy Cook was a pleasure to work with, and had a very pleasant attitude, which is a missing element when interacting with a lot of businesses today. Billy made us feel valued as a customer. He assessed the plumbing problem, told us what was needed and fixed it. He also provided information on services and upgrades that we may want to consider having done down the road. We also appreciated the competitive pricing we received for the work done. If we have any more plumbing issues, we asked if we could ask for him when we called and he said absolutely yes! As the saying goes, when you find something or someone good, you want to stick with it. We'll stick with Billy

The team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbers is friendly, efficient, and the work gets done properly. For us what matters most is to have a plumber that we can trust, and this is very much the case. We really like Crissy in particular.

Our plumber was Mr. Chris Lawrence. He was professional, and very knowledgeable about his craft. He worked quickly and efficiently on my issue. I was very satisfied with his service. I highly recommend Mr. Lawrence.

Outstanding service!! I called in the middle of the night and I had a technician at my door at 8am. Christine was great. She explained my options for a new water heater. She performed the work in a very professional manner. On top of that she was very personable and got along great with my dogs. Everything was left neat and tidy. I couldn't have asked for better service. It surpassed my expectations and Benjamin Franklin will always be my first choice for repairs in the future.
