Busted pipe 😱 2 newborns, called Benjamin Franklin plumber and explained problem at 11:57 am. Sorry I forget the name of the wonderful young lady who took my call. She could not have been nicer said someone could come between 2-5.🎉.   12:26 Tyler was at our door (amazing). Tyler was so professional,  respectful of home, and did a great job. He cleaned up after. Would use these guys again  in a heart beat. I thought price was reasonable. Thank you so very much.

Very professional and efficient service.  Well equipped truck.  They didn't just stop when the water started flowing again.  They made sure the whole pipe was clear.  They showed me a camera view of the pipe they cleaned all the way to the street.  That's how they verify their work.  

They are expensive, but seemingly more thorough than most.

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing several times in my new house. They are always professional, neat, provide detailed estimates before work is performed and stand behind their work. Excellent!

The good: they were available, they showed up promptly, and they fixed the problem!  This should not be under-appreciated.

The not-so-good:  The problem with my boiler was a hole at the end of a rubber hose.  The solution, within 10 minutes, was to rip the end of the hose off and re-attach it.  For this, and some "diagnostic" for which I received no report or information, I was charged $260 ($150 would have been steep but acceptable).  While there, it was evident that the basement was receiving no heat, but the plumber, not being called out for that specific problem, did nothing to see if he could quickly troubleshoot it.  He didn't even put the boiler cover back on before leaving.  Sorry, but for that money, I would expect a little "above and beyond".

Tim came to our house on an emergency at 12am. He was patient and took the time to explain things to us, as new homeowners. He was quick and clean and even wore little booties to not get our floor dirty. I highly recommend this company.
