Russo Bros has always provided quick & professional service.  They always make sure you are pleased with the job. They fully explain what they are doing & the cost.  Joe C. has always been extremely courteous, helpful & professional. He been at our house on multiple occasions to resolve a plumbing issue and I now request him if we need service. Bryan G. assisted him on this last visit and was courteous & friendly like all of their employees.  I highly recommend Russo Bros and Co.

This is the second time that I've called Russo Bros.  This is the second time that I've had Joe C. sent to my home.  He's been excellent with us. Super knowledgeable and I've felt comfortable with his recommendations both times.  I'm not sure whether or not it's the lowest price but that's not really a concern of mine.  When I call a professional to do work on my house I expect a professional to show up.  I've been more than pleased with both of my experiences with Joe.  Going forward, I'll ask for him by name.  I'm not familiar with the other plumbers that work for Russo's but Joe is top notch.

Chris and Robert were extremely helpful, thorough, and skilled. They turned a possible catastrophic situation into manageable job for he and his colleague. Having to avoid major construction of my home was worth every penny and time I spent. As a new home owner he also walked me through things I should be aware of and know about so that I'm educated to look for any future issues.

Joe C. was very professional and did great work. The estimate was given up front and he even offered a discount for multiple valves done in the same visit. The price for the service was reasonable and everything looks and works perfectly. Would recommend to anyone.

Raul A. resolved 4 plumbing issues in my home on Monday, 1/22/2018. He left each of the 4 work areas cleaner than when he found them, and did a thorough and meticulous job with the plumbing. He was very communicative regarding locating the source of the problems, the resolutions, choices available, cost and time for the repairs. He was also very personable and a delight to have in my home. I have used Russo Bros. & Co. for my plumbing needs for many years and I have never been disappointed, they are the best!
