Had an emergency at the house. They came, looked and said that they couldn't help us fix the leak. We had no running water due to a burst pipe and they walked away. Unbelievable. Horrendous. Ludicrous. I still had to pay them 30 bucks to visit.

Called Martin Masters Plumbing for my mother who lives in the area. She had been waiting for another company to call her for a few days. Greg at Martin Masters Plumbing was there to help her that afternoon! Did a great job and she has had them back to help with other issues. Very pleased with their fast response and knowledgeable service!

The service professionals at Martin Masters Plumbing and HVAC are first rate. Greg and his associate helped me understand how to maintain my boiler properly, even leaving tags on the equipment to help me remember. In the past, another technician finally found our hidden AC filter in the bowels of our attic.

Had an air conditioning crisis: the compressor on my first floor Space Pak system died. Since it was the old R22 system, the whole shebang needed to be pulled out (outside condenser and basement air handler). Attempted some due diligence and got several quotes. Turns out our original installer, Martin Masters, came in with the best quote. Christian and a colleague were here all day and did a superb installation job and a thorough clean up before they left. Martin himself priced the job last Thursday. We gave him the go ahead on Friday, and we had our new system up and running on Monday afternoon. What's not to like?? We couldn't be happier with the price and the incredibly swift, courteous service!
