Bentley Roofing

I have two homes, one in Coral Springs, the other in Tampa. Bentley Roofing has done both roof replacements for me. The process was very smooth and I have recommended them to everyone in both of my communities. Jessica and Tiffany in the office were so sweet and very helpful. They assisted with pulling my permits and making sure materials were ordered in a timely fashion. My homes look beautiful and I feel I received the best price from this company. I was kept in touch with throughout the whole process from my project manager. He informed me immediately of any extra wood that needed to be replaced and what inspections were scheduled with the city. Very professional company with excellent employees. Thank you again for an outstanding job on both of my homes.

Excellent company! The girls in the office were extremely helpful!! The sales guy we were working with was very knowledgeable. The crew that came out was nice and worked hard to get the job done in a timely fashion and was very organized. Cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful. I previously contacted them again to come out and install a new gutter system. I had brand new gutters on my house within a few days and they look great. Would definitely recommend them!

I had my roof replaced in December and Bentley Roofing did a fantastic job! Two of my neighbors and I hired Bentley at the same time and they got all 3 of our roofs completed in a very timely manor and took care of any concerns that we might have had. I have been recommending them to all my neighbors as our community is about 25 years old and all of our roofs will need to be replaced eventually. I want to really praise Rudy who was the project manager and handled himself extremely professionally.

They started work without a permit or Notice of Commencement. Jamil the project manager lied to the management company and myself that they had a permit and NOC. Then Jamil tried to tell me because of Hurricane Irma they could work without a permit. (good try Jamil, but that was only under 3 squares for repair and that grace period ended in January 2018) Then Jamil tried to tell me they had a NOC, well Jamil you may have a piece of paper, but until you have a permit number and the NOC is filed with the clerk of court YOU DO NOT HAVE A NOC you have a piece of paper. The workers blew the nails they pulled out of the roof off the roof with leaf blower, so even my neighbors have nails in their yards. the workers had no name on their truck, or dumpster and the plates were from Texas. Looks like under the table workers with no workers comp insurance to me. Jamil also tried to tell me Manatee county's system was down. Well yes, it was down but you could still get a permit. Other roofing companies got permits during the down time of Fed 21 to Feb 27. And since you told the maintenance company you already had a permit before the 21st, why would it have mattered that the system was being upgraded. And the really interesting thing is after you register with Manatee County on the new system which takes 2 minutes, you can get permits online JUST LIKE MAGIC. DISGUSTED ABOUT THE JOB AND DISGUSTED WITH THE LIES.

Excellent! They did my neighbors roof a few months earlier and he recommended them to me. Everyone at the company was friendly and followed up throughout the process. The roof took about two weeks to finish and looks great. I was impressed with how organized they were from start to finish. Everyone in the neighborhood seams to be using them. Highly recommend!
