Tornado Roofing & Contracting, Inc.

We filed a claim with our insurance company and they sent out tornado roofing . Our contractor assigned was Robert . We felt like our estimate was completed in a timely fashion and Eddie was very good at answering any questions we had. We decided to go with tornado roofing because I felt I could trust the contractor that was sent to us. Eddie worked with is in coming up with a color and material for redoing our roof. Work was completed very quickly (one and half days) and was done well. Our insurance company covered the entire cost of our roof minus our deductible due to wind damage. We felt like our roof was done well and in excellent time. Throughout the process I was informed of what was going on at my home and was able to reach my contractor when I needed to. We had some tar from the roof application left around our house after the roofers were completed, which happens. I felt like my complaint was handled very well. I was immediately apologized too and asked, what I would like done so that I was completely satisfied. So far all is good with our new roof and I would highly recommend this contractor since I feel like the contractor makes or breaks the experience. Thanks! Maria Gutierrez

They did awesome job with my roof. I called around to many, many different roofers. Got many quotes. Why did I choose Tornado? I did tons of research and the BEST ROOFERS are using #30lb underlayment and what they call synthethtic peel and stick on top. This is the best for your roof. Tornado was the only company to offer this. All other roofers wanted to do the 50/yr old way of 30/90 process and all that hot tar. Their prices were competitive and I highly recommend Tornado Roofing. Great to work with.

This is the worst and most dishonest company I dealt with. They repaired my leaking roof that they provided a 1 year warranty on. The roof started to leak again in a month and they not only reneged the contract on, they wanted me to pay double the amount to fix the problem they already charged me for. I have never felt so cheated in my life. Please avoid any business with this dishonest company. To make matters work the entire team - right from the owner to the staff are extremely rude!

Perfect overall service! The office was always available to answer questions and inquiries in regards to the job. The guys that came out did an outstanding job in my mother's home roof. The price was very competitive in comparison to all the other companies that we quoted. Moreover, the representative that came out to quote (Rafael) gave us a very detailed explanation of the materials to be used, how the job would be done and long list of references the company has. I will certainly recommend them and I suggest you used this company for your roofing needs.
