What a great experience I had from start to finish! I needed a body shop to get my '08 Malibu looking like new again after a minor fender bender in a parking lot. Symdon in Evansville was the only place around that could guarantee me a loaner car for the entire time of the repair. I had to wait 1 month (due to personal things & insurance stuff), but it was well worth the wait! I got to pick up my loaner a few days early so that I wouldn't have to miss any work. Due to powerful storms, Evansville was without power for much of one day. My car was still done on time. Jeff in the body shop was super awesome to work with. He even stayed late on a Friday afternoon to hand off my car to me. He really didn't need to do that because I could have settled up with the cashier. Also, Adam in service was helpful and bright early on the Saturday morning that I dropped my car off and picked up the loaner. Keep up the great work everyone. Thank you! :)

This was the second time Kevin Leifker helped me find a vehicle. I just love his honest, friendly personality! ...I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a vehicle!

If could could put ZERO stars I would, but you can't so they get just one. Took my truck over to deal with some warranty issues on my 2014 Silverado and not only did they do nothing for me, they proceeded to make up excuses and fall back on expiration dates when it comes to providing service. My truck only has 25,000 miles on it and they are looking for any possible loop holes in order not to have to take the time and money to fix my $60,000 vehicle. This will be the last time I ever take a vehicle here, and we've purchased 6 vehicles from Symdon in the past and I have three family members retired from GM and never have I received such lackluster care. That is absolutely TERRIBLE customer appreciation. I'm disgusted! Save yourself a trip and go anywhere and I mean anywhere else!
