Manager made us feel very unimportant and assuming our credit situation even though we were approved. Also changed our trade in value at the time of signing, then telling us we needed an additional down payment. Overall, terrible treatment towards us and very disrespectful. Not to mention, they tried to make up by giving us gas fill ups and oil changes but when trying to get these items it's hard to get them because no one seems to know what is going on. Never purchasing another vehicle from them. In the end, we wish we would have gone to another dealership.

So Brad Bruun only has two reviews on Google.  His other review is dogging my favorite Thai Restaurant in Madison.  I don't think he is real.  Companies put up negative reviews and then call your company up to take those reviews down.  I just got a phone call from a lady in San Diego saying she could take his review down.  Well what do you think that means?

My fiancée and I really liked how they approved us within mins and in less than 2.5 hours we test drove and bought a car. We recommend it and they're really friendly.

I received poor customer service and afterward when trying to contact anybody here for help with a question could not get a response even after my third try.

Went here a few months ago to try and get out of my trade at first things were going good then they come back and say no bank will give me a loan ok I was fine with that but I was at another dealership today that found out they did not even try and submit anything to the bank they just didnt want to deal with my car I would never recommend these people to anyone they really dont try and help people
