Price is right, salesperson courteous and will demonstrate products without question. Very helpful to fulfill obligations.

Bought a new drum kit here. Mitch is your man if you are looking at anything drum related. Hooked me up, didn’t pressure me, was like talking to a fellow musician and not a salesman, which is the best type of sales if you ask me. As long as Mitch is there, I will be a customer.

Horrible , terrible, a never going back again experience. Liars played games with me because I was angry and Impatient had some if my gear stolen on last tour and needed speedy replacement . UPS sheduled then rescheduled delivery. Drove from NY then Portland Maine and items were unavailable. They thought it was a laughing matter and I noticed customers were upset at the lack of organization, poor communication and disregard toward value if a customer.when I went to complain the female clerk stated she was the manager when corporate stated no manager was available that day. Corporate issued me a 250.00 gift card and cited numerous dinkar compkaints with that store and stated they would promotional management for inquiry and resolution.
