I came into the store today with my 3 year old toddler. I had rough measurements and a layout I was looking to create for my project. Adam in the Lumber department was exceptional. He not only was extremely patient listening and looking at my idea but he executed cutting the measurements perfectly. He took the time to do the math of the measurements I needed to make my idea come to fruition. He took the time to help me figure out the most cost effective way to purchase the product. Instead of leaving feeling stressed and unproductive, I left feeling inspired and ready to work on my project. I didn't expect anyone to help me the way he did and I really appreciated it.

So into having their holiday merchandise you can't get products to repair your home. Maybe the Christmas tree shop will have what is needed. 😕

Will never buy appliances from them again. Their delivery company blew me off twice. Never showed up and never called. The worst customer service. Neither the store nor the manager cared and just refunded my money. I've never been this frustrated with trying to get a washer and dryer delivered!!

I would like to say (-10) if possible. My husband bought a new fridge and the first one came with damage. The drawer didn't close and we stayed without freezer for 3 weeks. We called them so many times and so we received so many excuses. Finally, today, it should be replaced and they damage the new one. This is so stressful. We want this company out of our place and we will never buy anything there again.

On several occasions shopping there I find it difficult to get help from some of tbe salesmen due ro the fact that I am a woman. They act like I stupid or something, today I was waiting about 10 minutes to get some paint, along comes a male customer and he gets waited on as soon as he approaches the counter, seriously, thats happened to me more than once.
