Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Clean and safe environment. Staff is very knowledgeable about products and locations. This is the only place I will go for my electronic needs. Price matching here is awesome, they price match amazon.

One of the first things to know about Best Buy is that it'll match the price of same item *sold and fulfilled* by Amazon! This actually isn't widely known, but imo, it makes for a great reason to shop at Best Buy. Another great thing to know about Best Buy is that you can save a lot of time shopping there if you know what you're looking for and you shop for it on their website first, see if it's in stock at the Lincoln store, and if it is, just go ahead and buy it and it'll be waiting for you to pick it up at the front of the store. Boom! No roaming around the store looking for the item you wanted! All that said, the staff at the Lincoln Best Buy are always very helpful. They don't pressure you to buy certain items because they don't work on commission, and the Geek Squad Protection Plans often are a much better deal than the protection plans offered by Amazon.

Just terrible. Reported to corporate and BBB. Management Brandon K. uses his ethics training as a reverse form of bullying to get rid of customers rather than handle problems professionally. This was not the first time according to prior reviews nor was it the first corporate complaint regarding the exact same behavior from this person. Get his full name and title for yourself; as it can not be refused; and then be sure to put your complaint directly to BB corp complaint forums so they can document this mans behavior. This is not a person who is equipped or educated in a manner that is appropriate to represent any company at this time; extensive retraining or career change is called for.

Best Buy's staff and service is top-notch. I went to the store this weekend (holiday season) to buy items in three different areas (gaming, home technology, and wireless speakers). I had three different staff members ask if I needed help. In two cases, they helped me identify the product that was best for what I wanted. They even did a price match on one item! Check-out was a breeze. I left thinking, "Why buy online when you can buy local!"
