Centrally located. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I had ordered some personalized invitations to be picked up late afternoon. I happened to be close by a few hours earlier, so I stopped in just to check and see if they were by chance ready. They hadn't been cut, yet, but the very pleasant associate got them ready for me so I wouldn't need to return to the store later. Great customer service!

I am absolutely furious and upset because I so happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. I needed to use the public restroom and someone had horrifically posted a picture of pennywise (It perfectly laminated) in the women restroom inner doorway stall. The store absolutely had to know they did this because who the heck tapes a laminated scary picture like that in the restroom.

Poor customer service. I drove all the way to the store to get an item that was listed on line as in stock and on sale. They didn't have that brand and refused to substitute the other brand. No apologies whatsoever.
