I have been coming to this location for the last 3 phones. These guys are the true "phone geeks" so it does make them a bit biased towards the Android phones which I'm fine with even as a converted apple guy. Always helpful in finding a good plan for you and willing to assist in a data transfer from old to new no matter the headaches that come with it.

They sell Verizon, at&t and Sprint, so they can give you the pros and cons of all three without being biased. My wife and I were thinking of changing plans and called up three companies and got some sort of confusing information. At Best Buy Mobile they gave us all the facts simply and quickly. Very shockingly they could also give us the post-tax price, which every other company just seemed to guess at (and all three gave us and underestimate on the phone). They taught me about the "pay as you go" plans and told me about how the pay as you go phones are of a lesser quality than the traditional phones (they gave me specifics). In short - very knowledgeable, very friendly, very honest, explain things very simply, very great.

Got a new phone here today after hearing a bunch of confusing falasies from the store on 70th and O. Mark helped us so much and then gave us a discount for our trouble at the other store, apologizing for their unintentional ignorance. He also rattled off specs like they were normal English words and trusted me (a girl) to understand them in raw form instead of patronizing me. My boyfriend had a bunch of questions about other phones and Mark answered them honestly, and without hesitation. Best phone buying experience I've ever had, EVER! Needless to say, we will never be going anywhere else. We
