Bought all new, expensive Whirlpool appliances (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove). Within the first year we had multiple issues with each piece. It is safe to say they were lemons but Schaefer's, nor Whirlpool were willing to work with us on replacing them. Schaefer's was unwilling to take them back because "they wouldn't be able to sell them."

Good experience shopping there.  Bought all new appliances. Salesmen was good.  The installers were awesome!!

This place is Awsome. Great products  and great employees.  This will be my first stop next time. I'm adding to this review now( 1-19-18)because my dryer quit working.  Called Schaefers first and had my new dryer in that same nite. Thanks again Shaefers!!

I've been a fan of this place since I bought my first tv here in the 90s and the experience has only got better with time. I found all my households appliances, and I even found better couches that I love the design of than the mart in Omaha!

Locally owned and staffed. Friendly,  not aggressive and knowledgeable. Bought a dishwasher and washing machine.
