We purchased our laptop from Quick Connect just over three years ago. They were great in getting us set up with wireless and have provided us with terrific support ever since. Whenever I come across some type of problem or something I’ve not seen before, I can call them or stop in to the office and get an easy to understand answer. They were especially helpful when we had router – modem connection issues when Spectrum took over from Time Warner. I have worked with Gene, Dustin and Matt; they are not just knowledgeable, but easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Quick Connect to anyone looking for a service to take care of their computer needs.

brought my new  home computer into Quick Connect.  Matt was so helpful in getting my files transferred from my old outdated computer to my new one. Also took the time to show an old man like me how to maneuver around and understand all the nuance of the computer

Awesome service, very knowledgeable. I've been building my own computers to save money for a couple years know, and for the first time found a problem there was no way I could fix. I called other shops and was told they would need to have my computer for a week. Matt at Quick Connect got it back to me in less than a full day with a clean build and running faster than it was before. I couldn't ask for better customer service or a nicer group of people to work with on computers. Highly recommend if you're planning on building a PC.

I was so happy to have found Quick Connect.  They showed up on time, diagnosed my computer problem and had it fixed in very short amount of time.  Now my computer is running better than it has in a long time.  Tech Rep was very professional and knew what he was doing.  I loved doing business with this company.

I needed a new power supply for my PC but wanted to be sure my old one was really bad before I spent the money. I called a couple other places in town and they wanted to charge for the bench service to test it. They also wanted me to leave it with them for the day. I tried Quick Connect instead. They tested it on the spot to verify. The power supply was indeed bad so I bought one there and as done in 5 minutes. That beats waiting all day! Great and friendly service with no hassles. Thank you!
