I have over the last 2 years had the best experience at Best Buy the sales person seems to be quite knowledge and less invasive.  My sales experience was quick and to the point.  Glad things are better.  Go see!!

They never have products you're looking in store. Everything is always online. If something is in store then it's in extremely limited quantities.  Some of the sales associates aren't properly trained and walk about the store literally all day. I asked a guy to help me and he started to walk with me and then he literally walked away. Never has happened to me before. Also they are not happy about price matching and can make up rules as they go. That seems to be the theme this holiday season. And one last thing. For the love of America, please get a military discount. Thanks

We were able to order and pick up our phone at this location and that was a quick and easy process. 
I was very disappointed in the check out process on Black Friday though. I understand it is a crazy time to shop but how did having only two cashiers seem like a good idea?

Probably one of the nicest stores in the DC Metro area. I have been to many Best Buy's in the area and this has great customer service and its very clean. They also have the most inventory in the area. The parking situtation is great as well as they have a parking garage which has a lower and upper level. I would highly recommend going to this Best Buy.
