I give the store itself 4* but Verizon overall 0*. When I came in, it did take a while for me to be greeted and then signed in but, when I started my interaction with the sales associate, it was fine. Ultimately, my debacle with Verizon started 2 days prior when I was promised a promotion on a phone, that Adam, the Sales Manager, told me I wasn't eligible for due to Verizon's policy. I had chat transcripts of the interaction where I was told I was eligible, etc. Adam was helpful and kind throughout the ordeal, even though I could have been a bit nicer (albeit I was frustrated beyond belief). Adam sat on the phone with customer service for way longer than anyone expected trying to resolve my problem. At the end of it all, the phone representative was unable to solve my problem but, Adam did. He offered me options as to what I could do with regards to the phone, my bill charges, and all the fees that come with upgrading Verizon--I'm an old customer so I was actually still on a contract which complicated things--overall, my experience with Verizon itself was not acceptable but the store itself took great care of me and was all about making sure I left the store with what I wanted/was promised and explained everything to me in a really understandable way.

went here 3 times once around 6pm Thursday and twice on Friday they were all polite and helpful. David (I believe that was his name) helped me connect my sisters phone, and my mom's phone. My mom phone was not fully unlock and he managed to help me fix that problem. He continued to try different methods until all was perfect to go. Thank you, will be back to this location if ever needed.

Sales associates are way too pushy. Would not take no for an answer. My husband went in to do an edge up and the associate told me that he "finessed" the system to somehow trade in his device (which still had a balance on it) to trade it in for a credit to use towards almost $300 worth of accessories that he did not ask for. The representative moved my husband's device agreement to my sister's line and gave him a new device payment agreement. So now instead of having two device agreements, I have three. I went to the store to get all of this straightened out and it was a disaster. We waited for over an hour while the manager sat in the corner on her phone and playing with the Bluetooth. When customers came into the store she did not bother to come from behind the counter to even greet the customers or sign them in. There was no order. At one point the manager and I were going back and forth because she refused to help me and insisted that I waited on the representative who helped my husband earlier that day. It's really a shame the way these associates have to deceive and pressure the customers into buying things they do not want to avoid being coached for a naked sale smh.

Large, open showroom and ample parking. Staff were very helpful with some account changes.

There was a mix-up with my online order but the sales rep who helped me was very calm and explained everything in detail and made sure I left the store a satisfied customer. Thank you Verizon!!
