Is it the goal of Best Buy employees to not have to answer the phone??!! It is the black hole no matter what phone menu option you choose while on hold. I've called over 5X, it's a continuous loop without the option of actually speaking to a real person. Not worth the headache! It's no wonder why people prefer to buy online.

Good selection of different products. Looking at printers, but did not buy. Good  thing, the one we wanted was on sale the next week online. Better  price  than amazon. Also like the fact if it has problems, we can take it locally.

Where to start?  In store it's hard to find a salesperson with any knowledge of the products they sell.  After purchase, I called them and was on hold waiting to speak to someone for exactly 21 minutes only to have them immediately disconnect me.  The good news?  They have decent music on hold (which I've heard about 12 times...maybe 13).

I found a item on their website that I liked and it said they had it in stock but when I got their a hour later the price had gone up $100.00 dollars and the only ones they had were used. And they still wanted a 100.00 more than advertised. Not to mention they want to charge a 35 dollar restock fee for something I never opened because it was used when I bought it. And the high schoolers they have for employees have no idea what they're doing. Or anything about the products they sell. They seem to be more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers.
