I was confident my 90 year old father would get assistance purchasing a Fitbit Charge 2 and help to set it up as Best Buy has always come through for me.  Elizabeth went WAY above and beyond her obligations as a professional sales consultant and spent time with my father getting the right health monitor and taking time to set it up for him. He praised her helpfulness and is very pleased to have the latest technology to stay healthy. Thank you Best Buy and Elizabeth!

Super rude customer service today, even after I bought am item, BEST BUY employe from customer service was very rude,  (mark)
told me THAT I SHOULD DIE FROM SHOCK. I am a disabled veteran that needed help with loading a TV on a cart.
I have never seen or heard such sick comments to veterans on great American shopping day.
I WILL NEVER SHOP BEST BUY AGAIN.

Waited for over 15 minutes for some help in the ink Department. Told a supposed manager of a problem I had with a single black ink tank,
He asked if I had opened it I said yes installed it to use it in my printer, but it didn't work. I asked himself to replace the tank, he said no that he couldn't because it was opened. I asked how could I know if it was bad without opening it, he said there was nothing he could do. Now my family and I will be going to Staples for any of our electronic supplies or equipment.

Small store, not many dvds, cds. Not much of selection for PC Master Race accessories.
