I got a great deal here, but it was pretty chaotic because they were having a going-out-of-business sale.

On Tuesday 11/22/16 I went to HHGREGG to buy a washer and dryer to surprise my wife. I go in and talk to the salesman, I ask about each of the washers and dryers and finally pick the two I want. He goes to the back to check stock and comes back and tells me they don't have the one I want BUT they do have one similar that's slightly higher in cost. I tell him if he can price match the one I originally picked I'd buy them. He gets the approval from the manager and it's a deal. I pay for them and let him know I have to go borrow a truck and I'd be right back. Where I have to go is about 25 minutes from the store so I go and get the truck and as I'm heading back I receive a call from a sale representative that tells me they don't actually have the washer I've ALREADY purchased. I'm just about back at the store at this point so I hang up saying I'll talk to them when I get there. Once I'm there the sale person tells me they looked at the wrong serial number and that's how the mix up happened. I feel this is unacceptable! Not only was this a waste of my day, my time and resources, but also the person who rode with me to deliver the machines and the person who let me borrow the truck. I ended up getting a refund and I'll be hesitant to shop there in the future.

It's going out of business and having "sales" their stuff was 50% off yet you can still find the same things for less elsewhere. No wonder they are going out of business. Haha

Although I like going here for my electronics, customer service is questionable at times. Meaning if your not looking at a BIG ticket item you literally have to go track down a salesperson. Versus  getting swarmed when looking(after you two different ppl that you are just looking) at one of those Big ticket items.

Helpful staff with everything because there was only 7 people in there and my family members and I count as 2, plus the 4 workers. Still better then Walmart to me.
