I will never go back.
I walked in simply to buy headphones and take a look around.
I was followed throughout the store and when my wife went to the bathroom an employee followed her in there. The same one that everywhere I looked she was in a different location watching my every move. It's not a big deal because I did nothing wrong.. But I don't like to be racially profiled

Bought an iPad mini and case. It helped that I already knew what I wanted.
They did not try to push me into anything else except the 2 year protection plan.
Still on the fence about that one... but I do have 14 days to decide.

GREAT SERVICE.
I ordered a camera online for store pick up, and got a text it was ready for pick up. I got to the store, and was helped by Zack. By odd chance someone bought the same camera at the same time and made the camera unavailable for a week. Zack helped me find a different and better one. The Assistant Manager Andrew got me a great deal on the better camera and saved me just about $200! Very friendly, very helpful, and I will be coming back.

If you need to contact this store dealing with automobile installs, do not bother calling.  When calling you will wait 15 minutes until some bozo in southern Wisconsin answers and wires you to the Duluth location.  You then wait some more until you get to their voicemail.  After 3 of these attempts you get to know the jabroni down in Wisconsin pretty well, and hes actually a pretty nice guy. After getting fed up with voicemails, you pop a blood vessel while driving down Central Entrance at 25 mph until you get to the store where you will stand around with your thumb up your keister waiting on someone to help. $350 dollars later (not including the price of the product) you can drive away and tell yourself you will never go back. But you know, deep inside, that you will have to go back. This review is written during my 3rd attempt at getting an automobile install done at this location, only because the install was already purchased as a gift.  Long story short,  just go into the store if you have questions regarding installation.
