Products a priced a little high and the sales people believe that they are doing you a favor when then help you. Nothing like getting talked down to. I have them three stars because they do have a good selection of products in stock. I shop here only when it's my last and only choice.

My boyfriend and I spent almost $1,000 on a TV last weekend. We scheduled the delivery for today (2/3). After sitting around and waiting with no TV delivery, we called the store. They THEN informed us that they had to reschedule the delivery. Had we not called, we would not have known this.

In store experience has been pretty good. They do seem to run a skeleton crew so it's hard to find help sometimes. Called today with a part number. Guy on the phone told me they'd have to order it. I asked how long and he said (guessed) a week. He seemed to not care at all and as if I was bothering him. Ended up buying it elsewhere. Otherwise never had a problem.

One sales clerk was very helpful in her department can't say the same for the clerks in the tv sound bar department. Helpful AFTER they finally decided to help us or even notice we were there.

The staff will find a thousand excuse to not return your items, such as you opened the box, you returned on the 17th day(which should be 15days), and so on. The managers are really mean.
