Smaller best buy than other stores. Friendly staff, clean store, decent prices. I thought the GM was kind of rude. Heard they are closing though which sucks because it was better than the northtown store but probably not as good as Riverdale

I mean, it's closed so there's really not much to say about it anymore. It was great before it closes though.

They are going down in inventory and didn't even have the balls to tell me that its because the store is closing!!! It was on the news that night, and already posted to Facebook before we even got there that day!! Just be honest with your customers, especially when they are looking for something specific!! That info would have been doing us a huge favor, instead of wasting more of our time and gas!! Instead of going back next week, for a "shipment", that really is NOT coming, we'll go somewhere else.

Overall can be very expensive but you can find good deals. What really angers me is that if you use the extended warranty on something you have to buy it again. I bought a tablet that stopped working after a week and the customer service rep made me use the extended warranty I purchased the exchange and then told me if I wanted it on that one it would have to be purchased again. My experience with warranties, that is not how they work. What a scam.

Only rating it with one star because it is closing - trying to deter you from going like I did. Helpful associate but limited stock.
