Excellent return policies. Customer service is knowledgeable. Good deals. Usually stocked well. Christmas time is horrible though. They don't have enough registers and mgr will NOT allow purchases at service desk even when it's mobbed and customer service is empty

I don't go to Best Buy a whole lot because I prefer to shop online and I tend to do a lot of research into important things that I buy. I had to go an exchange a camera lens filter because I was given the wrong size. The girl who helped me was nice and apologized to me for having to wait a bit while she helped a kid with his "broken" laptop (Mac, of course). Then she asked someone else to do it because she didn't really know what she was doing. I don't fault her for that. It would just make more sense to give it to the computer techs who are right next to the customer service section. Best Buy just has a habit of putting people in departments that they are more familiar with which makes it impossible for the less "tech inclined people" to get actual help. That's just my view of course. This location is easy to get to, clean and the girl was nice and helpful to me.

Right near multiple shoping outlets. Good kiosks of brand products for hands on with latest gear. Price match for competitive values. Most of the employees are laid back but very knowledgeable, and helpful.

The team is really professional. They addressed my issue very quick. I was looking for book shelf speakers but confused between the price and quality, an associate walked to me to help me find the right speakers. I ended up buying Klipsch.
