You need a new T.V.?...Have no idea about all this new technology?...Need someone who knows all the ins and outs?...You go see none other than DeAngelo in the Home Theater section!!! Dude knows all there is to know about it AND he's incredibly friendly! He will get you the best bang for your buck hands down!  You'll be very happy with your purchase!

Matt the “back office leader” was the worst customer service associate I’ve ever seen, and the bar for that isn’t set very high. 

He went out of his way to tell me the UNOPENED product I had with a Valid receipt wasn’t correct and couldn’t be returned. Instead of just making the customer happy he fought with me for 20 minutes and was very rude- at one point refusing to give me my receipt and product back!

A quick conversation with the associate from the department I bought the product in proved he was wrong. No apology,  or any admittance of error on his part. 

I’m an elite plus rewards member meaning i spend thousands a year there- and to get harassed over 39.99 is ridiculous. 

I wasn’t the only one either, 2 people in front of me both were victims of this guys desire to try and single handedly protect his company by turning down valid returns at his hourly job. 

Customer service is just as it sounds. Serving the customer. This associate seems to have forgotten that. 

I will be taking my considerable business elsewhere.

Cancelled my Black Friday order without confirming with me and now the price is higher and they are not honoring the price. Spoke with the customer service for 1 hr 45 mins. Total waste of my time

Love the informational help you receive in every department. Extremely happy  with all are purchases there.

Staff was helpful. The help me find the item I needed and then checked me out. Was out of the store in unber 30 minutes
