I just went in there to purchase new Hue lights for my home. This was the fastest most pleaseant experience ever. I did not have to go to the front register. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who rang me up. He and his manager went out of their way to help. 5 stars!! 5 stars to the Home wifi department!

Very good assistance in finding both a new range and dishwasher at Best Buy in Watertown.. And delivery was promptly arranged and later confirmed by phone.. All went well.

Ordered a product that was in stock at the store to overnight to my address. Not only did they not overnight it and charge me for overnight but it took an entire week to get to me. The store never even sent it to UPS until 4 days late. On top of this it took me an hour and a half to get ahold of someone each time I called and was told it would be there by end of day multiple times/days. Was expecting better service than this from Best Buy. Looks like I will be using Amazon instead when it comes to anything related to electronics.

went to trade in my 8 year old MacBook to purchase a new one. an employee named Jonathan was helping me with my trade in. IF YOU GO TO TRADE IN A DEVICE, IT NEEDS TO BE WIPED AND SET TO FACTORY SETTINGS BEFORE THEY TAKE IT. Jonathan told me "I can't show you and can't tell you unless you want to give me $100, store policy". Well after 2 hours I cleaned as much as as I could off of it and he said don't worry about, they put in in a locked area for a month then they smash the hard drive. Went in 2 days later for my mother's laptop and learned that it needed to be factory set. The only reason I gave it 3 stars after finding out that my computer was not factory reset because they gave it back to me to find all my information was still there was that another nice employee was willing to help me. Otherwise the Jonathan before probably thought I was too much of an idiot. IF YOU TRADE IN A DEVICE, MAKE SURE IT IS FACTORY RESET

Accidentally bought an expensive HDMI/USB cable before realizing an old VGA cable I had lying around would do the trick hooking up a spare TV monitor to an old Toshiba laptop... returning the unneeded cable was literally the fastest, most hassle-free errand I have _ever_ accomplished. I walked in through the automatic doors of the store in Watertown, MA, heading towards the desk. The woman behind it smiled and said, "Return?" as she held out her hand for the cable and receipt. As I handed it to her she hit the trigger on the POS laser, causing a new one to start printing and - she handed me a new receipt as she said, "You're all set. Thank you, and have a nice day." Not EVEN 30 seconds! w00t!!!
