The first young man who was going to help me load our new TV into our vehicle was wonderful.  However, the second young man was a bit of a problem.  The three of us were discussing how to get the box in the vehicle, when the second young man began to tell my partner and I that it wasn't going to fit.  So, the first young man went in to get a tape measure to check dimensions.  While he was inside, young man #2 told me I could not handle my purchase.  He then proceeded to argue with.me about the fact that there was no way the box would fit, etc.  I asked him to please let me try, he screamed at me "Fine, we're done. You have a blessed day or don't. "  I then loaded the box into the back of the vehicle and as I turned around to help my partner into the vehicle, he came back out and screamed at me again.  After my partner got in, I went inside and let then gentleman at the door know that I didn't think it was a good idea to have a young man charging out the door screaming at customers.  My partner and I were.both very upset by this young man's attitude and actions.  May not be returning to the Liberty Missouri store near Hwy 152 anytime soon.

Outstanding help on security products.   Took all the time I needed.  Answered all my questions.  Helped me make an informed decision.  Friday night so the store was busy.

Went into the store was $2,000 in my pocket to spend looking for camera lenses. Everybody that was even close to that section was standing around ignoring me playing with their smartphones no one offered to help no one really knew anything about camera lenses or wanted to be helpful without taking an attitude. I will never go back to that store. To be fair I have had very similar experiences that other Best Buy stores lately. I believe that Best Buy is off the table for me and it's a shame too because it used to be such a good place to go. Needless to say I went elsewhere with my $2,000 and now I have a beautiful d750

Staff was helpful to find correct product for a tablet device.  When the store didn't have it, they located the product in a nearby store in Tiffany Springs.  While the Tiffany Springs store totally botched it, this was not the fault of the staff at the store on Flintlock.  Further, staff helped me chose the proper screen protector for a cell phone.  I recommend the store on Flintlock but strongly suggest avoiding the store in Tiffany Springs.

Desperately needed a power cord for my laptop/tablet.  Stood around back in computers for ten minutes.  No one came to help or even looked at me.  Moved over to the check-out desk located in the same section and waited for a further five minutes.  Nothing but crickets and tumbleweeds no employees visible at all.  Store was not busy, plenty of people standing around up front.  I won't be coming back here and you shouldn't either.  They don't want your money so spend it somewhere that appreciates your business.
