For most thinks especially with computers I can do all my own but this one time I made a mess of a new hard drive during a custom build restoring some data from the last hard drive. Drop it off and explain the issue. Pick up my hard drive back to normal so I can finish my little project. Like I said I could have fixed this on my own but it was worth the time I saved and I didn't want to buy any extra equipment than I already have.

I dropped off my laptop last Saturday. It took 4 days for my laptop to get fixed. I was told the laptop will be fixed in 3-5 days or less. I received a call yesterday and was told through a voicemail that my laptop was ready to pick up, so I picked up the laptop today. The person I spoke to was courteous and friendly. I'll do service with them again.

I have been going to B.E. Tex for probably close to 10 years.  They are usually very busy so you might have to wait a few minutes but they spend time with each customer.  I have bought two refurbished computers from them for less than $175.00 and they worked great for a long time.  When the second one had an issue they were able to fix it in no time and with a small fee - I think $40.00 or so.  I have never had anyone be rude to me and I don't know a ton about computers, always very helpful and I am on the way over there this weekend to have a laptop serviced and cleaned up.

Their extremely knowledgeable techs went over the best options for getting me up and running again after my trusty Dell died. I ended up with one of their refurbished computers at a great price. It runs like a champ and I couldn't be happier. They even got the Office off my old computer! I would definitely recommend this place.

(Bonus: they have an ancient vending machine with 75¢ sodas!)

Great service, reasonable prices and customer oriented. They go above and beyond and are dependable. Highly recommended by this Luddite!
