By far, this is the best audio-video business in Kansas City.  Janet Young has an amazing depth of knowledge and experience in the profession and she is so much fun to work with!  The entire staff is committed to getting things done right and everyone there is professional, patient and courteous.  Their products are top of the line in quality, and the long history and excellent reputation of this business is well deserved.  You can't go wrong here.

Justin went out of his way to get me squared away with my car audio needs. The staff there is helpful. Everyone there is very friendly. They sell the best stuff and stand behind their product.

I worked with Janet, and she's incredibly knowledgeable and professional.  I found that Independence Audio-Video was competitively priced and thoroughly professional and capable.  I can't imagine anyone in this industry with better knowledge and ethics than Janet.  Her whole team was excellent!

The greatest high end audio shop anywhere within hundreds of miles. Very smart, friendly and never once pushy. I've been treated with great respect and patients. I've worked with  George and  Janet and they have been amazing.  Doesn't matter if your spending hundreds or thousands your treated the same. Thanks for all your help with my turntable troubles. Still can believe I broke my 2m red.  I always look forward to driving out to see your amazing audio and enjoy the experience expertise and respect.

We have used their services on TVs, programmable remotes and always, always had excellent results.  They are friendly on the telephone answering questions also.  Highly recommend them.
